Job description
An International Property/Retail business based in Central London is looking to recruit a Financial Manager. Due to a period of sustained growth they have a requirement for a key finance professional, reporting directly to the FD. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial control of two sites, as such, the role will involve some UK travel. Responsibilities will include preparation of management accounts, financial accounting, liaising with non-financial personnel and taking strategic decisions to drive the organisation forward. Candidate requirements: qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA); experience gained in a retail or property environment; strong presentation skills; good Excel skills.
