Job description

Our client is a highly acquisitive B2B that is enjoying a sustained period of ongoing growth. They now seek to strengthen the accounting function of one of their leading revenue generating divisions through the appointment of a Finance Manager. You will be responsible for: the motivation and mentoring of a small team of part qualifieds; controlling and submission of the full monthly reporting cycle; forecasting and budgeting, commissions and ongoing process and procedural improvements. The ideal candidate will have post qualification experience and enjoy being working in a multifaceted, multistructured business environment. A strong attention to detail combined with first rate delegation and mentoring skills are also a prerequisite. Telecommunications industry experience would be a distinct advantage.
