Job description
Based in Ringwood, Hampshire/Dorset Borders our exclusive client is recruiting an exceptional Finance Manager/Management Accountant, a newly created role due to growth. Are client is a diverse highly successful privately owned business currently employing 130 staff, a market leader in their field. Working closely with the FC you will be responsible for the supervision and day-to-day management of the accounts department. You will be fully responsible for the preparation of the monthly management accounts for all companies, development and preparation of KPIs and producing variance analysis. You will play a critical role in enhancing the company’s management reporting systems and improving the current controls and processes. You will be a highly motivated individual, with strong management accounting experience gravitas and the business acumen to deputise for the FC. The successful candidate will be ideally a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
