Job description
Finance Manager required to work for one of the most exciting Charitable arts organisation in Manchester. Reporting into the Director your main duties will be to oversee the day to day operation of the festivals finances, produce draft management accounts, production reports, variance analysis, statutory reports along with other ad hoc information for colleagues, funders and other stakeholders. You will ensure efficient financial systems and controls are in place to manage all of MIF's finances and provide support to the Director on all finance matters. Ideally you will be qualified or currently studying towards a recognised accountancy accreditation. You will have experience of using Sage 50 and payroll along with advanced experience of MS Office. Knowledge of both VAT and PAYE is essential, as is having excellent verbal and written communication skills.
