Job description
An exciting opportunity has been created within this market leading Manchester based Service company. Reporting to the Head of Shared Services you will be responsible for the management and delivery of KPIs along with ensuring compliance with SLAs. With a team of over 40 reports you will be a natural leader and must be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to deal with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally. A qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), you will have extensive shared service management experience with the ability to lead and motivate teams. Motivated by achievement you will aspire to improve performance and must be able to demonstrate experience of processes and systems improvement. Advanced IT skills are essential especially within ERP Systems.
