Job description
Our client is experiencing expansion in the region and is therefore looking for a Finance Manager who can be actively involved in the operational side of the business. Duties: be involved in financial analysis, planning and budgeting, along with cost accounting; oversee payables, receivables and cash collection with direct management of a competent team; be involved in feasibility studies for potential expansion and oversee existing operations ensuring commercial decisions are taken to ensure maximum profitability; provide KPI performance reviews and analyse and collect trends and market data to make executive decisions; ensure accurate and timely reporting of actuals, variance analysis, reporting and other ad hoc requirements. The candidate: the ideal candidate will have a professional accounting qualification either ACA, CPA, MBA or equivalent; some financial experience in a large organisation focused on development; an innovative thinker with the ability to react efficiently to tight deadlines; experience using an advanced ERP accounting system; experience in either the Middle East or internationally.
