Job description
This US based company is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join its prestigious company. Offering progression and a clear career path, this role is the ideal next step for the right candidate. Responsibilities will include: leading the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for specific entities; ensuring that the Finance and accounting records and systems are functioning effectively and correctly record the business and position of the company; liaising closely with Regional Finance team on all country financial issues; maintaining finance departmental budget; overall sound internal control procedures are identified, documented and enforced; ensuring that the legal entities comply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Requirements: ensuring that USA/EMEA/corporate reporting deadlines are met for each market; assuming overall responsibility for the coordination of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for the entities; monitoring and supporting business development. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant with managerial experience. You will have proficient knowledge of UK and US GAAP, ideally with experience within a US parent company. Experience with Oracle would be an advantage. You will be a driven and energetic individual with the desire to progress within a thriving business.
