Job description
Diabetes UK is the leading Charity for the three million people across Britain with Diabetes. With a turnover of £30 million, Diabetes UK aims to raise awareness of the condition through providing information, campaigns and funding research. As Finance Manager, you will be playing a pivotal role within the Finance department, working closely with the Head of Finance and leading the Management Accounting team to build lasting relationships with Managers across the organisation. Based in our North London head office, the role will involve ensuring a high quality of management information and strong budgetary controls across all of our operations throughout the UK. You will be CCAB qualified or have extensive relevant experience in management accounting within a commercially focused organisation. You will be able to display solid communication and line management skills and the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Experience working with complex funding streams or fundraising Charities would be beneficial but not essential.
