Job description
Our client is a privately owned Retail business looking to recruit a No.2 in Finance to working closely with management whilst supervising a rapidly growing Finance team. Key duties will include: the production of management and financial reports on a month and annual basis, month end analysis, weekly cash flow management, stock control, overview of the audit process, general improvement of financial controls and processes, payroll and other ad hoc projects. You will be a qualified Accountant with excellent commercial and technical finance experience. You will have retail experience and an understanding of supply chain (landed cost, product costing, etc). You will have the ability to communicate with non-finance colleagues on a regular basis, have excellent systems skills and be highly commercial. This is an opportunity to develop within a fast growing business with a strong brand, varied sales channels and future international expansion.
