Job description

As one of the leading North West growth group of companies (£400m t/o), our client is looking to recruit an ambitious qualified Accountant to join the Management team. Working together with the FD you will have a roaming brief across the business to analyse and deliver value added improvements whether from a cost reduction, efficiency improvement or margin/revenue generation angle. There is a small highly skilled team to manage and exposure to the board on a regular basis to deliver analysis and recommended change. You will have demonstrated the ability to successfully interact with non-finance personal and help them drive through change in the operation. This role is a high profile position with fast-track opportunities for progression within the group. The successful applicant will have an entrepreneurial outlook, be capable of challenging the status quo and comfortable in a fast paced culture where change is the norm.
