Job description
Macildowie is representing a leading Financial Services organisation which is seeking ambitious, driven individuals to understand and challenge the performance of the business. The role holder will analyse, challenge and communicate the performance of the teams, ensuring that they hit their targets, remain on track and enable performance issues to be aired, escalated and resolved at the earliest opportunity. In brief this will include responsibilities across the following areas: develop & build monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting across Global Risk Ops; identify, report and provide insight on key performance drivers; provide monthly financial forecasts; identify and table performance issues for discussion; provide financial support for Global Risk Ops Central areas (including FTE and change activities); ensure realistic, grounded and challenging MTP, STP and RAFs are delivered by the business areas; support & drive initiatives & business case reviews; ensure correct inclusion of risks & opportunities within reporting. The role offers the holder an opportunity to influence the performance and direction of GRO Central areas and shape the insight for Global Risk Ops across the globe.
