Job description
Based in Peterborough, this Finance Manager opportunity offers a great chance to progress your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking business based in Peterborough but part of a much larger global operation. The main responsibilities will be: to take ownership of the budgeting and forecasting; develop and understand key drivers of business performance and provide insightful commentary for the wider organisation; stand in for the FD at period end meetings with senior group management and the division’s board. Work closely with other Directors in managing the cost base, planning capital investment programmes and managing asset performance. The successful candidate will have to be a fully ACA or CIMA qualified Accountant with an exceptional academic background, excellent communication skills, hands-on, analytical and the ability to communicate with vastly different types of people.
