Job description

My client is an award winning, medium sized Property Development business based in Northampton which has recently acquired a number of worldwide investments; they are now seeking a strong entrepreneurial Finance Manager to assist both the Group FD and Managing Director in financial planning and investment appraisals. The role and your responsibilities: a key member of the Finance team, taking full responsibility for the residential development business and reporting to the Group FD, the successful candidate will cover both financial accounting and business support, at a project and corporate level; liaising to senior business entrepreneurs, you will have a good grasp of technical accountancy as well as commercial finance ability; you will partner the business from a strategic perspective as well as represent the organisation to investment opportunities; you will have strong exposure to financial modelling. Experience sought in the successful candidate: ACA/ACCA qualified with strong financial analysis; essential: accountancy qualified; desirable: property experience.
