Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a busy Finance team within an acquisitive department within a large blue chip organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, commercial individual, looking to take the next step in their career. Role: reporting of multimillion £ revenue within a complex, multi-client company; monthly forecasting of all revenue within the business unit; analysis of all variances vs forecast; analysis of key variances vs business plan for period and outturn; responsibility for maintaining integrity of revenue interfaces between admin systems & posting to the general ledger; reconciliation of debtors, deferred income and other relevant balance sheet accounts; preparation of reports required for local and divisional monthly operating boards. Essential requirements: either qualified or Finalist (CIMA or ACCA) Accountant with large complex organisation background; have good analytical skills along with business planning and balance sheets experience; good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel (pivot tables and vlookups) etc; SAP and Frango or similar accounting software used in large organisations; excellent communication and organisational skills are essential; ability to work within a small team, under minimal supervision.
