Job description

Our client, based near Salisbury is seeking to recruit a qualified Accountant on a temporary basis to work on a project to re-model the overhead re-charges for the organisation. The specific responsibilities of the role include: to review the existing agency wide over-head model and update the financial information held within upon it; to review the agency over-head model as a whole and suggest the most appropriate over-head rates applicable towards different types of work/activity; to construct a series of divisional over-head models. This will involve consultation and interaction with divisional based staff to establish what type of models will be useful towards their divisional management and then to construct these models accordingly; to lead on developing information towards the organisation income streams and establish and construct various reports in line with the EG, finance, Business Development department and any other areas requirements. The successful candidate will be able to clearly demonstrate on their CV the following skills and attributes: qualified Accountant; previous experience of financial modelling in a large organisation; advanced Excel skills; evidence of interpreting complex financial data. It is anticipated that the role will last for a minimum of 3-months and my well be extended beyond that.
