Job description
This is a unique working environment, requiring a unique individual. Essentially this role will take responsibility for the accurate and timely preparation of all financial and management information required from a diverse group of businesses and ventures. In doing so you will be need to manage and develop a small dedicated Finance team - all of whom are qualified. You will also be required to undertake projects and additional responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the group companies. Monthly management report comparing actual performance to budget; annual financial statements to audit standard; manage cash availability to ensure that funds are available management of costs ensuring that competitive prices are secured for all essential services; ensure that all business interests continue to comply without reservation with all the regulatory standards manage the IT infrastructure It is likely that you will be a qualified Chartered or Certified Accountant, ability to communicate with various professional advisors and intermediaries, senior level audit experience, corporate and personal tax knowledge.
