Job description
Robert Half Accounts and Finance is currently recruiting a Finance Manager for an Engineering business in Cardiff. This is a new position- created due to the continued success and expansion of the organisation. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a Finance Managers position with a significant amount of autonomy. You will be responsible for completion of the statutory accounts for the group - to IFRS. You will be the main liaison point for the Auditors and will be pivotal in maintaining strong business controls - particularly during the fort coming ERP implementation. You will be responsible for developing the Finance team on site. You will be an ACA qualified Accountant with post qualified experience - ideally within an engineering background.
