Job description

My client is a leading service based organisation with ambitious growth plans through further acquisitions. With the organisation expanding, the FD is seeking to appoint a professionally qualified Accountant into the newly created role of Finance Manager. Responsible for the day to day management of a small Finance team you will enjoy working in a fast paced environment with strict reporting deadlines. Your role will require you to lead and develop the team, providing the necessary support and training. You will need to demonstrate an ability to maximise the potential of financial systems to ensure the most efficient processes are implemented. With the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of internal and external customers you will be a confident and professional communicator. The ability to present financial information articulately to a variety of managers is crucial. In addition to your ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification it is desirable that you will have strong IT skills including Excel. This role holds great potential for an ambitious candidate who is keen to grow with an expanding company.
