Job description

My client is the UK market leader in its field and is enjoying high growth. It is seeking to appoint a newly created role to look after third party businesses in the UK. The Finance Manager’s role is to complete financial reviews of the third party businesses. You will cover all aspects of financial review, financial management and control, payments and cash management. You will also support the Management team from a financial perspective to provide a financial understanding of the parties at a business unit level. You will be required to undertake a broad spectrum of responsibility focusing on operational excellence within the group and also ensuring the units are in lines with group policies. You will be a fully qualified Accountant with excellent academics. Your knowledge and expertise will ideally be drawn from the logistics industry, but you must have had operational exposure and commercial awareness. Overall experience gained within a multi-sites organisation would be ideal.
