Job description
A great opportunity to join this leading Manufacturer company which is expanding their business. A restructure in the organisation has created the need for this role. Reporting to the FD and the board, you will be responsible for managing, leading and coaching a Finance team. The role will be required to drive through process efficiencies through out the Finance department. Key tasks within the job will be to prepare management accounts; year end accounts; annual budgets, VAT and Corporation tax. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA, ACMA. They will be a confident and articulate communicator, comfortable dealing with the board and at the shop floor level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company who are going through a period of change and a chance to have a big impact on those change.
