Job description
An international Retail organisation is looking to recruit a Finance Manager for a key position supporting the Corporate Companies within an international head office. This role will report to the Head of Accounting and responsibilities include: managing two direct reports; ownership of trial balance including management of the balance sheet, sub ledgers, cashbooks and profit and loss; managing intercompany transactions; ensuring compliance with group policies; managing the month/year end and data entry into Cognos consolidation system. The successful candidate will have the ability to switch from hands-on accounting to liaising with senior board level Directors to review their management accounts. You will be a proactive self-starter, who achieves deadlines, identifies issues and their solutions. This position has high visibility within the group and has excellent potential for career advancement for success orientated individuals.
