Job description

Our client is an entrepreneurial Technology business supplying into blue chip Retail Brands, sports stadia and Local Government. Their recent launch of a market leading product has created a need enhance the quality of financial information being presented to the Senior Management team. Reporting to the MD, and being ultimately responsible for finance, the role will manage delivery of the monthly management reports, budgets and forecasts as well as the production of stats and year end management. Additionally there will be a need to look at a number of improvement areas around cash flow and stock reporting; as well as identifying wider operational and reporting efficiencies. Preferred candidates will be qualified, with an entrepreneurial business background. They will have hands-on approach to developing finance as a Business Partner, combined with a track record of enhancing the control and business reporting environment. Good Excel skills will be essential and exposure to sage systems would also be beneficial.
