Operating in a true commercial capacity, your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of management accounts.
- Preparation of analysis of performance, expenditure etc as required covering all aspects of the Company’s operations.
- Reconciliation of key nominal ledger accounts eg stock.
- Close liaison with MIS team to ensure provision of relevant management information.
- Expand management accounts into annual statutory accounts format and prepare all data and documentation required for annual external audit.
- Preparation of annual budget, three year business plan, monthly and 12 month rolling forecasts for P&L/balance sheet and cash flow.
You will also have involvement in supervision of a Trainee Accountant, the timely preparation of relevant management information and provision of projected trading performance of the company.
You will ideally be from within the Automotive sector but may also come from a Retail, FMCG, Trading/Distribution or other customer focused background. You will definitely be a passionate, inspirational and highly credible finance professional, who has a first class track record including people management.
