Job description
Hays is currently working to recruit a Finance Manager for a charitable organisation located in Birmingham. As Finance Manager, you will be a member of the Executive team, responsible to the Chief Executive for the overall management of the company’s financial service. You will manage all aspects of financial policy including statutory accounting, budget management and advice, business planning and IT systems development and improvement. Experience in a charity is not essential, however the successful candidate must be able to deliver in a culture that accounts for the true value of services, not just the cost.
