Job description

Our client is a leading FMCG organisation and seeks to recruit a Finance Manager to provide essential analytical support and management information to the CFO, CEO & Executive Management team. Responsibilities: reporting: coordination of weekly management report; preparation of monthly flash report; assist in production of monthly management reports, Executive monthly review pack & group reporting requirements; act as Business Partner to specific department heads; planning: coordination & analysis on Bi-Annual Forecast process & Annual Budget process; input into annual Operating Plan and ongoing tracking of actions; responsible for FP& A timetable and planning; other: provide the business with high quality performance analysis; compilation, understanding & commentary on business KPIs; driving changes in processes and controls and liaising frequently with non-finance personnel in order to maximise business performance. Key skills: degree educated and highly numerate; highly IT literate with advanced Excel (or equivalent) skills; excellent communication skills; ability to analyse & interpret data; strong attention to detail; highly motivated self-starter; ambition to progress within finance; FMCG experience preferred but not essential; working knowledge of management accounting techniques.
