Job description
The Wildes Group is looking to hire an experienced Finance Manager, based in Yorkshire to join this international business, with headquarters in Leeds. You will report directly to the FD. The company prides itself on working as trusted partners to the world's leading organisations, including the BBC, Shell & Johnson & Johnson, to provide them with organisational consulting services. The main purpose of this pivotal Finance Manager role is to bring an increased commercial awareness throughout the company to result in increased profits. Your main responsibilities will include: understanding the needs of the Head of relationship client business & key account Managers; delivering financial reports & support that helps them to maximise profit & margin; preparation of finance reports for discussion with Account Managers; analysing the profit & margin of individual accounts with the intention of identifying ways to increase profit; responsibility for the monitoring of cost centre expenditure; overall responsibility for profit & loss account & balance sheet; responsibility for maintaining the quality of data inputting which is inputted from across the organisation; management of a team of four; take ownership of the system implementation. We're looking a qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA Accountant. Experience in a commercial environment is essential as well as strong management skills. You must be a strong communicator & hold very strong systems & advanced Excel skills for this role.
