Job description
A high end luxury brand is currently recruiting for a Finance Operations Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the transaction and operations team. This is a business facing role which will be liaising directly with internal and external customers so experience in a similar role would be an advantage. Responsibilities include: day to day management of the team including team meetings, objective setting, attendance monitoring, recruitment and performance reviews; to Manage the audit process for multiple countries using defined guidelines and VAT requirements; liaising with a central Shared Service Centre for escalated issue resolution where required whilst also identifying and suggesting continuous process improvements; liaising directly with the client on a regular basis. Key skills: experience of high volume transactional processing; proven experience of managing a team; expense processing and credit card administration would be an advantage.
