Job description
Role: providing local, UK and group reporting on a monthly, quarterly and half yearly reporting cycle across financial and broader Commercial sectors. Within a team overseeing the month end process ensuring reporting represents the latest information and is relevant to the needs of the business. The role requires coordination with many teams in finance and more broadly, who supply data and commentary and use the analysis to drive business decisions. There extensive interaction with colleagues in other parts of the Group. The team is highly dynamic, responding to continuous change, and operates in a collaborative, flexible and adaptable manner. Candidates will be fully qualified able to assess MI and where appropriate recommend investigation and actions. Good understanding of capital and solvency requirements; Solvency I, ICA and Solvency II desirable; able to spot emerging trends. The role requires a high impact individual, who provides confident and credible communication and challenge. Who can work to strict deadlines; someone who is able to build good relationships whilst maintaining an objective view of the business; able to demonstrate and inquisitive and analytical approach, and draw incisive summaries and key insights for the business, from complex information.
