Job description
Reporting to the Finance Service Line Lead, you will be tasked with developing service line proposition and new operating models aimed at delivering cost efficiencies and service improvements for new and existing clients and markets. Although you will have no direct reports, the role encompasses leading finance activity across the Group business and outcomes will impact in future growth, solutions and bid strategy. Person specification: CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting qualification would be preferable; proven record of successful management of change, delivering new working practices, and structural change, within a Financial Services environment; experience of working at a senior level within a Financial Services transactional and operational environment, with experience of complex projects; experience of public sector/Local Authority, BPO, contracting and development would also be desirable in terms of the links to external business solutions planning; demonstrable experience of successful programme and project delivery. Technical/business skills/ability: demonstrable ability to think strategically; excellent written and oral communication skills; willingness to make a proactive contribution to the commercial success of the business; proven and effective leadership skills. This is a permanent role £50,000 - £70,000 per annum plus 10% bonus. To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
