Job description
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified finance individual to join an expanding Services organisation. You will be required to take a hands-on approach in reviewing all current financial processing routines, practices and policies with the intention of delivering required change to the Finance department. You will also be required to examine team structures, roles and duties in respect to delivering strategic development. It is key that you have experience in change management, along with strong knowledge of regulatory compliance. The candidate will be qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, with superlative interpersonal skills, an organised manner and the ability to work under pressure. You will have experience in managing large transactional Finance teams, developing operational practices with an emphasis on delivering efficiency and service level improvements and coaching and strategic development of the Finance team. My client is a highly regarded & rapidly expanding services organisation based in the East Midlands. With an established UK footprint they are successfully expanding into new International markets trading on their existing client partnerships. The past decade has seen the organisation expand tenfold; this has been achieved by the development of an extensive and diverse client portfolio combined with their reputation for innovation & service excellence.
