Job description
A Financial Services Manager is required to strengthen the existing Financial Support department of a leading Midlands based Professional Services business. In this role your responsibilities will encompass developing a variety of financial operational practices whilst managing service levels, developing processes and contributing to the wider strategic development of the department/business. Core responsibilities within the role will include: managing the company client billing processes, payroll & expenses services & compliance, ledger invoice processing and credit control, including credit control & credit checking. Due to the nature of this role you will also be required to be a strong Team Leader with first class people management & people development/coaching skills.
