Job description
My client is embarking on a Finance Transformation programme underpinned by ERP deployment. They now seek an interim Finance Transformation Programme Director to have accountability for defining the scope, governance, implementation, deployment & delivery of the ERP template, manage associated activities and transition to support of new ERP and other finance/business systems. Working with key finance and IS stakeholders you will be responsible for managing key relationships across the business, ensure appropriate resources are identified and accountable for all aspects to go-live ie solution, process, technology, people. The incumbent will also deliver the E2E implementation plan, divisional readiness plan, KPIs, including Implementation management cutover planning data preparation and cleansing, change and communications, Training delivery, and Go-Live and transition to support. As such applicants should hold cross modular ERP project/programme management experience gained with a consultancy of significant end user. Furthermore applicants should be able evidence experience in delivering ERP enabled transformation programmes in association with 3rd party consulting/systems integrators (terms of reference, scope, deliverables) and demonstrate strong client facing, consulting and stakeholder engagement skills to CxO Level.
