Job description
Sheridan Maine is recruiting for an innovative global business with offices in Basingstoke. We are seeking candidates that are qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with relevant US and UK GAAP experience. Reporting to the FD this role is responsible for the statutory requirements of all the UK entities. In addition to the statutory accounts the role will involve: tax calculations for UK entities, support month end close and review, quarterly statutory reporting requirements, lead Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program, internal controls and internal audit. Benefits include: bonus plus pension plus healthcare plus parking. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full-time without restriction.
