Job description
Reed Finance specialise in the recruitment of qualified Accountants and senior finance professionals. We are currently seeking a qualified Accountant to work for a client located on the outskirts of Bath. Reporting to the FD-Europe, responsibilities will include: financial reporting; both internally and to Parent Company; assisting the business in achieving targeted free cash flow, EEBITDA and all other financial targets; responsibility for all Company taxation affairs, including preparation of tax computations and involvement with transfer pricing; assisting in the production of the Holding company management and legal accounts and consolidations; administration of insurance and pension scheme. Qualification: CCAB qualified Accountant or ATT qualified; an understanding of UK and US GAAP; working knowledge of Hyperion would be a substantial advantage; knowledge of European tax would be beneficial.
