Job description
A leading employer based in Berkshire is currently looking to recruit a Financial Accountant into its Finance function. You will be responsible for assisting the UK Chief Accountant in ensuring accurate completion, optimisation and reporting of their financial position. You will also be responsible for the preparation of the statutory accounts for some of their key entities, as well as performing details balance sheet reviews and leading process improvement projects on an ongoing basis. The role will suit a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) who possesses post qualification in a relevant financial reporting role (outstanding candidates coming straight from Practice will also be considered). Excellent ‘soft skills’ are also key, such as being able to communicate at all levels, along with demonstrating credibility and confidence.
