Job description
Are you considering a move into industry? Toner Graham is currently working with a market leading Retail business based in North Birmingham. We are currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their very stable team. The ideal candidate should be either ACCA or ACA qualified and have shown excellent career development to date. Ideally, you will be looking to make a move from the profession into industry. The role will involve: preparing the periodic accounts and assisting with the budgeting and forecasting, liaising with management as and when necessary; preparation of the half year and year end financial statements including the subsidiary accounts; property portfolio consolidation and periodic reconciliation; preparation of the pension scheme financial statements; VAT and corporation tax work; assistance in the project to convert to IFRS; cash flow forecasting and analysis; monthly balance sheet reconciliations team; KPIs production; any other ad hoc project work as required.
