Job description
This successful Development and Investment Group is currently looking to appoint a Financial Accountant at head office. Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager this person be responsible for: preparing and submitting accurate financial information to support production of UK financial statements; production of monthly accounts and supporting schedules for delegated companies included within UK consolidation; reconciliation of monthly loan accounts; completion of UK Group’s management accounts pack (Excel) and subsequent tie-up to group consolidation; preparation of annual financial reporting and supplementary tax packs for external Auditors. Ideally you’ll be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with prior commercial experience including month end and year end financial close cycles. The successful candidate should also have ‘hands-on’ experience of finance systems, as well as being proficient with Microsoft Excel in particular.
