Job description

A position has arisen for a temporary Financial Accountant required to maintain the accounting system, ensure that all accounts are reconciled and controlled, providing accurate (and timely) data in the production of the monthly accounts, prepare monthly detailed management accounts in conjunction with the site General Manager with full explanation of variances. You will be an ACA qualified Accountant with very strong financial accounting skills. You will have worked for a commercial business and be competent at preparing detailed financial and management reports. You will be able to work effectively as part of a team and have excellent communication skills. You will be I.T literate with strong Excel skills. Globally recognised manufacturing and distribution company are looking for a dedicated commercial chartered Financial Accountant to join the team in their impressive, South-Manchester based offices. Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
