Job description

Macildowie Associates is recruiting for a business based in Grantham. The organisation is looking for a Financial Accountant to join the Finance team. Your role will be to support the Head of Finance in leading financial planning, management and reporting. You will have responsibility for establishing policies, strategies and targets. You will manage the financial risk for the organisation developing the framework that then drives the development and monitoring of internal controls. You will ensure that appropriate financial policies and Practices are developed and implemented and re engineer and manage processes across the finance function to ensure they operate in an efficient and accurate fashion. You will manage key internal and external relationships building and developing links across the finance function and building relationships with key contacts such as external auditors, HMRC and investment managers. Qualifications: ACA or ACCA. This is a great opportunity to join the organisation at an exciting time in their development.
