Job description
An internationally operating organisation seeks a confident Financial Accountant. You will be ACCA/ACA qualified and have a sound foundation of audit skills gained from a credible chartered environment. Working closely with the commercially astute Senior Finance team (FC and FD), you will be an influential member of central finance. The candidate must have the ability to work with confidence when unsupervised and will require considerable judgement in planning, installing, revising, and maintaining accounting procedures and the preparation of statements and reports. You must be comfortable suggesting and driving improvements across the department/business to improve efficiencies and performance. You will ideally: be ACCA/ACA qualified (Top 10 ideal); have a solid foundation of audit and accounts preparation skills; be extremely system/IT literate with advanced Excel skills; be confident in suggesting and implementing beneficial change. In return you will: gain invaluable exposure and be a key member of the Senior Finance team; have the opportunity to suggest and implement change and be recognised & rewarded in return for your commitment; be highly ambitious and motivated; have audit experience to Manager/Lead level.
