Job description

An opportunity has arisen in a leading independently owned financial services business for a Financial Accountant. Based in West Kent, the company seeks a high calibre individual to join their team following an internal promotion. The role will include: managing the risks inherent in the finance function; consolidation of monthly group accounts; preparation of monthly management reports; planning and coordination of interim/final statutory audits; preparation of interim and annual reports for stock exchange and for publication; as well as assisting the CFO with specific projects as required. The ideal candidate would be post qualified experience and a proven, successful financial accounting track record. Finally, they will be technically astute and have excellent communication skills.
