Job description
A leading UK business is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their large and diverse Finance function. Reporting to the Finance Manager key accountabilities will include: preparation of draft monthly management accounts with variance analysis; responsible for forecasting and analytical review of the monthly accounts; assisting with the preparation of the budget; key reconciliations; preparation of statutory accounts; VAT returns, corporation tax computations; assisting with year end and the audit process; ad hoc project based work and analysis. Candidates will be ambitious, bright, career focused and hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). This is a technical role so will require great attention to detail and proven relevant experience. Excellent career prospects on offer from this leading business.
