Job description
We are working with an employer of choice who is seeking a Financial Accountant to work within a well-established organisation based in Lincolnshire. This is an integral position within the whole of the business. You will be responsible for one of the core business segments within the business. The ideal candidate will have the technical experience, which is listed below, along with a down to earth character and personality. Ideally you will be available immediately. Key tasks will include: managing a small team; balance sheet forecasting including cash flow and financial accounts. You will be: ACA/ACCA/CIMA; excellent analytical skills; have excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with non-finance members; comfortable & effective in dealing with problems.
