Job description
Our client, a market leading FTSE 100 business with operations around the globe, is currently seeking a Financial Accountant to join the Finance team. Working with senior management, this high profile role will deliver valued financial information and trend analysis for a range of property asset management companies, group holding and other investment companies. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an FTSE 100 business, working within a high profile team and providing information for Group senior management. Responsibilities include: performing monthly analytical reviews of financial information; developing an understanding of the major drivers of property revenue margins & explaining trends; signing off on balance sheet reconciliations; production of statutory financial statements. Ideal candidates will be qualified Accountants with a strong academic background and excellent verbal & written communication skills. Candidates will have strong analytical skills and be able to identify and communicate trends in financial data. Financial Accountant - FTSE 100 Company - £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
