Job description
A leading NHS Trust based on the outskirts of Croydon has an immediate requirement for a qualified Financial Accountant to provide sickness cover to assist with year end reporting. You will provide support in preparing year end statutory accounts, ensuring that they meet statutory and regulatory requirements. You will also support analysis work on balances and reconciliations and liaise with Auditors. You will be qualified (preferably ACA, ACCA or CIMA) and must have experience in a core financial accounting role within the NHS. The role is for a short period so you must be immediately available and capable of undertaking the year end process with minimal supervision.
