Job description
The European headquarter of a global Service business is recruiting a new German-speaking Financial Accountant exclusively through Holden Jones to join its multicultural Finance team. The primary purpose of this role is to take full control for the accounting of the German entity, ensuring the accurate financial accounting and reporting of the monthly and YTD company results. In addition, this role will need to ensure statutory compliance, produce the year end audit file and work with the local teams to produce the annual budget. You will need to have experience of financial accounting gained in a commercial environment, but ideally with initial training within Practice. You must have proven German accounting and tax experience and exposure of a Shared Service Centre would be advantageous. A full study package will be provided to take the successful candidate through to qualification within the next 2 years.
