Job description
The company: a multibillion-pound turnover and market-leading business in Professional Services and we’re determined to become a truly world-class business. You will be part of it from the very beginning. The role: in this influential position, you will ensure the efficient processing of a high volume of financial transactions and documents. This will involve you in posting manual and standard journals, completing balance sheet reconciliations, maintaining accounting master data, defining control close processes and producing first draft P&L statements, so you can expect new challenges every day. Most importantly, you will inspire your team to ensure the provision of effective service to diverse stakeholders, so you will need sound interpersonal skills and real commitment to setting standards. Requirements: a qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMA. You will have considerable experience in managing, planning and controlling accounting and reporting within a group-operating environment.
