Job description
Reporting to the FC the Financial Accountant will: prepare the statutory accounts for the UK statutory companies; manage UK tax requirements and liaise with corporate finance; provide periodic cash flow forecasts and monitor Capex; manage and coordinate all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements; be a key member of the regional financial control organisation. A technically strong qualified Accountant with experience in statutory accounts and consolidations (UK/US GAAP), process reviews, reconciliations and reporting. Candidates with experience in a commercial accounting environment or qualified in a large accounting firm will be considered. Our client is a global US-owned business supplying solutions to a broad range of customers in terms of size and sector. The UK head office in Northampton is responsible for accounting for the entire EMEA region. Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
