Job description
Our client is a renowned Financial Services business with a very strong reputation throughout Europe, with plans for future expansion. In order to support future growth our client is looking to strengthen the Group Accounting team by recruiting an additional Financial Accountant and keep a focus on existing revenue streams and controls. The role is very hands-on and will involve you taking responsibility for: monthly and year end reports, liaising with Auditors; preparation of year end statutory accounts; managing process around pensions, bonuses and financial instruments; providing support and guidance to analysis team on new revenue streams; managing delivery of consolidated financial statements and interim reports, ensuring IFRS and UK GAAP experience. You will be key in continuing and developing internal relationships between various departments. You will have good experience of working within large and dynamic teams where ideas are welcomed and encouraged. Strong ERP Systems knowledge would be advantageous. This role is 3 months+ contract role. Rate is £200 - £300 per day.
