Job description
My client a leading Housing Association is keen to appoint an experienced Financial Accountant. The role will report into the FC and you will be responsible for the management of 4 staff, in depth monthly financial reporting, quarterly returns, annual statutory accounts, lead the year end audit process, coordinate annual planning, submit annual returns, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow forecasts and housing association SORP. The ideal candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with first rate Excel skills, experience of managing an audit process and a strong understanding of Housing SORP.
